Do I need an account?

No. AuraSound does not require account registration or login.

Why should I use headphones?

Binaural tones work best with stereo headphones at a comfortable volume. Do not use AuraSound while driving or operating machinery.

Where is my journal stored?

Your reflection journal is stored locally on your device. AuraSound does not upload journal entries to a developer server.

What does Health access do?

If you enable Health access, AuraSound can write completed sessions as Mindful Minutes. AuraSound does not read your Health data.
