Overview
AuraSound is designed as a local-first relaxation audio app. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or developer-operated cloud sync.
Data AuraSound does not collect
AuraSound does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with the developer. Journal entries, selected goals, language preference, and app settings remain on the device unless the user independently backs up the device through Apple services.
Journal and session data
Reflection notes and session history are stored locally on the device using Apple's on-device storage technologies. AuraSound does not operate a server that receives this content.
HealthKit
Health access is optional. If the user enables Health integration, AuraSound requests permission only to write completed sessions as Mindful Minutes. AuraSound does not read Health data, does not access Clinical Health Records, and does not use Health data for advertising or tracking.
Purchases
If App Store purchases are offered, purchase processing, receipts, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. AuraSound does not receive payment card information.
Safety
AuraSound is a relaxation and meditation support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure. Users should consult a qualified professional before use if they have seizure history, hearing damage, or relevant health concerns.
